Hi there! Does anyone have experience implementing Discord for a B2B brand? Have you found any success? Any feedback/thought is much appreciated.

Discord is a platform to engage in discussion, share memes etc. the audience is also very young, tech savvy and earns above average income. It‘s a place for friends to meet, or people with the same interest to talk (like Reddit).

There are some brands who utilize discord, we do too, but it‘s always b2c.

    I don’t see a usecasw for b2b.

Slack and Microsoft Teams is where businesses operate to be honest. Slack has much tighter security and control over organizational level stuff making it better for B2B business I think.

I’ve used both Discord and Slack for business and Slack always gets the vote. It’s built with business infrastructure in mind to keep everything under one roof.

What I mean is, Discord lets employees chat with each other outside of official workspaces. So sensitive info can be shared even if an employee is fired. Slack requires all communication to happen inside of a single workspace. So it can be easily deleted or restricted for security purposes.

Do you mean a discord discussion for customers and fans of the brand?
