  • Difference between .com/en and .co.uk

Hello! My client (who is based in Belgium) wants a keyword strategy for their .com/en domain, and then wants to move onto .co.uk.

Would anyone be able to clarify for me what exactly this means?

    Thank you in advance.

As ccTLD will be favoured in coming time, especially for SEO country specific domains names will hold more weightage for targeting specific country/location.
You’re client need a plan in order to start with their current site to target English audience which later be moved to new ccTLD

The main difference between .com and. [co.uk](https://co.uk) is regional in the sense that .com domains primarily mean that a user or company is based in the US or is a global player (but this is not always the case as there are many successful and successful ones UK companies resident in .com domains such as .com [cogniter.com](https://lastminute.com)).
