Crawled – Currently Not Indexed. Question.

Back in around March I submitted a sitemap for an old website on a new domain.
Google seems to have picked up the pages quite well although they seem to be struggling to rank at the moment.Anyway, I have a bunch of pages “crawled – Currently not indexed”
A lot of these are pages like /feeds and /tags which I don’t care about but some are proper pages that really should be listed.
Why is Google ignoring the pages? What can I do to get Google to rank these pages?

In Google Search Central i have also the mine new site pages that are not indexed. You can result the pages for indexing to google. But the Google search central making some update in it’s and the option for requesting page index is disable temporally. So, we have to wait till the new update and option enabling. Also, Google index them according to it’s scheduling during this period.
