Confused about lookalike audiences – need 100 people in the same country ONLY when combining countries
Posted by on November 10, 2020 at 5:49 amI’m able to create a LAL in Canada (from 50 conversions), and a LAL in USA (from 30 conversions), but if I try to create a LAL in Canada and USA.. I get the error: “Source is Too Small: Please choose a source that includes at least 100 people in the same country.” But I’m using the same countries that just worked individually..
Why does it need 100 people in the same country ONLY when combining countries?

You can just make the lookalike and set the country as Canada when doing the location settings for the advertisement….

I’m having the same problem. I’m running a value based purchase LLA targeting all of NA, Europe, NZ, and AU. However I keep getting this error when trying to make a LLA from my custom audiences. I’ll probably do just US but target the other countries. Hopefully it works.
