Catalog sales for prospecting?

Would you run catalog sales (for the whole catalog) as prospecting, or would you run carrousel ads for their best selling products?

Split test both approaches

Both. Best seling product in carrousel ads and then all products in retargenting ads with catalog sale (only audience that add to card but not purchase.
