Captions? Optimal times to post?
Posted by on September 9, 2025 at 8:32 pmI’ve had a variety of social media accounts, best I’ve had is like 35k~ followers, 2 million views on tiktok and so I understand what makes an engaging video, but a lot has changed since then
I’m thinking just as simple as the captions n shit for the posts – what’s the current “meta” i guess to get into the algorithm. ik it will be different for each platform but say for tiktok, a lot of hashtags related to the post? just a few? What are ideal/best times to post? How often should I post?
Not sure if this is the right place to post this but if anyone has advice lmk

Rage Bait always works if you’re up for the hate comments lmao. It all depends on your goal brotha. I wouldn’t put more than 5 hashtags on a video.
General Posting Times (that have worked for me in the past, when I was growing my account)
– Everyday
– Morning, Midday, Afternoon
– If you find a time that works best, try to space them out by 30 minutes to 1 hour -
On TikTok, captions don’t matter as much as the hook in the first 3 seconds. Keep them short, maybe 1-2 lines and let the video work.

This is the right place for that information. And I will educate you with that. See, understand there is no person time for that. It’s totally depends on your analytics. I think you first start tracking engagement using native or 3rd party tools and then check when you are getting more likes, comments or enagagements. Thats the strong answer.
