Can’t boost Instagram posts – budget stays at $0.00
Posted by on January 21, 2026 at 9:21 pmI’m facing an issue when trying to boost my posts. While setting up the ad normally, the budget always stays at R$0.00 and the campaign never starts running, even after I complete all the steps correctly.
Can anyone help me, please?

Check if your payment method is actually connected and valid in Meta Business Suite
The budget showing $0 usually means either your payment method failed verification or there’s an issue with your ad account like spending limits or restrictions. Go to billing settings and make sure everything is set up correctly
Also check if your account has any restrictions or if you’re in a region that requires additional verification for ads
