Can we add whatsapp button while running Google Ads

I am new in running in google ads so can anyone guide me of how can I add the Whatsapp button to divert traffic towards WA rather then the call or other. Or we can add WA as CTA

You can’t. You need a landing page and then you can have a CTA with WhatsApp.
You can do it in Meta ads though.
