Can I set up and use a merchant center feed for dynamic (display) ads although my service is not eligible for shopping ads?

Dynamic ads are usually based off of a shopping feed. If you can not use shopping ads, pretty sure Google won’t let you use dynamic ads either… since they require a shopping feed.

Is it possible is that you looking for is under Business data / Data Feed, so I think you don’t need a Merchant Center, but you do need a ‘feed’ within Google Ads.
