Cache Static Content Error

I used a tool to test for errors on my website called ‘webpage test’ and all of the results came back with a good score except ‘Cache Static Content’. I am not super savvy when it comes to web development so I am not sure what this error means and how to address it. I would appreciate all the help/guidance I can get. Thanks!

Your server needs to include caching directives.
