Hey everyone, I just got an assignment in an online training course where I need to conduct a brand analysis of the airline Ryanair and answer some specific questions. Through my instructor, I could request a free test account for “Brandwatch.” However, since I’d like to finish the assignment today due to time constraints, I was wondering if you know of any free alternatives that can be used effectively for monitoring?

I’ll also share the questions here so you can get an idea of the level required and assess which tool might be sufficient:

    “Ryanair”

    Please answer the following questions:

    • How often was Ryanair mentioned during the defined week?
    • What are the main topics being discussed in relation to Ryanair?
    • On which websites/platforms is Ryanair mostly being talked about?
    • Who are the key influencers creating the most buzz about Ryanair?
    • What is the most popular hashtag on X?
    • Which Ryanair-related post had the highest number of impressions?
    • Geographically, where is Ryanair discussed the most?
    • If you used Brandwatch: Please also generate a report with the results if possible.

It would take about 20 mins to answer all of these questions with Sprinklr’s Listening Explorer but it isn’t free.

I built a tool called ForumScout and I’d happily give you a week of free access to the business plan if it would help – it has insights with graphs you can use, and you can do competitor analysis inside the dashboard, comparing share of voice, sentiment, emotions with competitors. It will also tell you who the top influencers are and show you the performance per platform/site, the most discussed topics, and more.

It seems to tick most boxes for you, but it can’t backdate mentions right now, so you’d need to set it up and run it for a few days/a week to get enough data.

Dm me if I can help in any way – either by giving you access or just advice!

If these are general questions on the frequency of mention on the Internet, then I would copy the question straight into Manus.im
Manus is a live research AI that could answer these questions and compile the report in a few minutes, good luck with your course.
