Brand search campaign

Which is the best bidding strategy for search brand campaign containing brand keyword only?
Because currently it's running on troas and cpc is very high like 3x of account level which is unusual.
Generally brand keyword should be the lowest cpc keyword in the account
So please give your suggestions -
