Both of our ad accoutns were disabled for policy violation – there was none. What can I do?
Hi!
We’re running facebook ppc for 2 companies – a grant consulting company and a winery, both companies having the same owner.
Tuesday morning both of our ad accounts got disabled for policy violations, even though there was nothing in our knowledge that we did that might have violated any policies.
We’ve been running the same types of ads for years now without having any problems with the fb ads policy. Wines are sold for 23 years and older exclusively.
I submitted appeals instantly, but got no response yet, however, we’re bleeding money as we highly rely on fb lead generation for both companies.
Have you been in similar situations? Is there any advice you can give? Anything I can do to speed up the appeal process or just to find out what policies they think we might’ve violated, or what’s the reason for banning both of our accounts?
Thanks!
UPDATE: Facebook gave us this response for both accounts:*Hello Tamás,*
*I had a look at your ad account and unfortunately, we won’t be able to re-enable it.*
*All ad accounts are evaluated for policy compliance and quality of ad content. Due to your ad account consistently promoting ads that don’t comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards, the ad account has been disabled.*
*I suggest taking a look at our e-learning Blueprint module to better understand our Advertising Policies. You can access the module via this* [*link*](https://www.facebookblueprint.com/student/path/187040-ad-policies-for-content-creative-and-targeting?fbclid=IwAR1YwT5NclaVUOGoscKUwJZ1DgNpnSVYd4VjhZnKHEhceVQ_OnX5GckkdZs)*.*
*Thanks,Facebook Ads Team*

I’m at a loss.. There is no explanation, no direction as to what to do next, no information to what we could’ve done wrong…
UPDATE 2: One of the accounts (the winery) have been re-activated without any message from FB support or any notification whatsoever.
