BM was verified according to Inbox Suport but in Business Info still show BM verification is in review
Posted by on June 6, 2021 at 2:10 amI got my BM disabled and Facebook asked me to verify my business, after a few tries I finally got a message in the support inbox saying that Facebook had successfully verified my business and would send a notification to all admins, however we never got any notifications and when you we to Business settings =>Business Info it stills says that my documents are being reviewed, since i don’t have chat support available i cant submit a request for them to review the issue.
do you know if there is something i can do on my end to end the verification successfully? is there something i´m not doing right?

How about responding via the support inbox? Is that possible?

Do you have the ability to schedule a call with your marketing expert? If you do, I suggest scheduling a call and bringing it up to them.
Also as the user beneath me suggested, respond to the case via your support inbox. Do that once every 2 days and always submit a screenshot.
Screenshot any of their previous replies, and submit it via the support chat through messenger.
Unfortunately, It won’t get fixed instantly and will end up taking 1-2 weeks.
