You could have a look at your (indexed) URLs in the Google-cache.
You could do a “site:”- or “src:”-request for your domain in the Google-image search.
Or find out if the wayback-machine made copies your sites including the images.
You do not have a backup of your data?

Don’t you have a back-up strategy in place? It is always advisable to do a scheduled backup on-site and off-site, it is also very common that hosting companies do a weekly backup, but this also depends on the host and their plans, have you contacted them?
The Wayback Machine and Google cache are other solutions but not guaranteed.
I hope you have at least a backup somewhere.

Way back machine and reproduce them. Not an easy solution I assume you were looking for but what i would expect to have to do.
