Stop thinking that your content and how you wrote it (and you’re probably the worst person to gauge the value/quality of it)

I don’t care how many words, how many keywords you have (keyword heavy sounds like keyword stuffing).

So what if it doesn’t match on exact. Write any blog post with “jobs” and “Nyc” in it – its not going to rank for an exact match any day soon.

You sound so convinced that you should rank based on your own criteria that you haven’t even bothered to supply any details as if the only conclusion left to the rest of us should be that it should be ranking because, duh, you’ve done everything else when in reality you’ve done maybe 10%.

You need to look at the keywords difficulty and see how many backlinks you need to build to rank for that keyword once you create those back links you need to work on improving your ctr and that’s it

Your domain authority score also plays an important role in displaying your post on SERP. Few blog posts may not immediately be shown when the searchability of particular keywords is too low. You may need to build links from social platforms and internally link your post with other highly performing pages of your site with relevant keywords.
