Blending Facebook Ads & Google Ads Data Source on Data Studio
Posted by on October 11, 2020 at 5:16 pmHi! I’d like just to know how to blend Facebook Ads and Google Ads in Data Studio. I’m using Supermetrics as my connector. I just want to blend the account name on both data sources for the drop-down menu and doesn’t need to blend on graphs since they have separate graphs. I tried to blend it with the ‘date’ field as well as ‘account name’ as my join key but I keep on getting an error on the drop-down menu.

Im not really understanding how you describe the question.
If they are separate graphs then you can add them separately. If you need to pull data from both places to a single element/graph, you need to blend the data in the Resources -> Blended Data menu.

Maybe through calculated fields using CASE to match account names on one data source. No join key needed.
