Best Social Media Listening Tools for Technology Companies?

I am on the hunt for a social media monitoring/listening tool where I can track and monitor the mentions on specific platforms. We currently use Falcon and it is wonderful, but it does not pull mentions from some specific platforms that we need it to. We need a tool that pulls mentions from **Twitter, Facebook, and Reddit** specifically. All other platforms are nice to haves. Facebook groups would be great too but I’m not sure if that’s possible. Any suggestions?

Are these tools free?

We used Crimson Hexagon before it was sunset. We now use a blend of TalkWalker and/or BrandWatch, depending on the client’s needs. I know for certain that both will pull from forums and Reddit if you set up the search query correctly.
