Best SEO course in the $100-200 price bracket

I’m searching for an SEO video course.
I’ve read a bunch of the threads on this subreddit so have found out a few things:
a) Moz is the gold standard. But their certification costs $500+
b) A lot of people recommend trial and error / free resources
For b) — I already have a site I’m trying to make rank and know the bare fundamentals. However, I want to really pick up SEO well. Also: I actually want to spend money on a course as outlaying capital will keep me focused and committed to finishing it. Plus, it’s an investment in my business.
However, equally I’m not quite sure that I’m ready to fork out $500+!
Is there anything reputable that costs somewhere between your typical Udemy course and Moz / Clickminds?
I guess anything up to $200 is something I’d consider doing without much hesitation.

Start with YouTube videos. Seriously. No need to pay for a course.

I feel you with the commitment because of the payment part. If I start reading things online or watching YouTube videos, I can get distracted easily.

I’ve been delivering SEO tuition over Skype for 13 years, nowadays I use Zoom and I can record sessions so you can re watch at any time.
I feel that personal 121 consultations over 4 weeks elevate knowledge dramatically when compared to watching videos or reading articles.

With that budget purchase a domain name and hosting.
Figure out how to set up wordpress
Build a “5 page site” – homepage, salespage, review page, information page, article/news page.
Create 2 sales pages. Use 50-100$ in PPC a/b testing your sales page and learning about ppc.
Purchase another domain name – make another 5 page site – this one all about how great the product/service of your other site is. – you’ve now started your first PBN, only 2 sites, but you could scale it.
Get a third domain and do the same except push the boundaries of seo – try and get this third domain banned.
