Best platforms for in-App advertising?

currently trying to find best mobile ad platforms that focus on in app ads. My struggle is that most require you to be advertising an official playstore/appstore app which i don’t use.
Anyone have any suggestions? The only one i have found so far that seems in line is StartApp and im not sure it will end up being a great solution.

Programmatic DSPs can target in app inventory specifically but it depends more on your budget as not all platforms are available at all budgets.

You mean networks like applovin, ironsource, etc.? Yeah they only advertise apps. Not sure why that is the case, ecommerce, among other realms would do well. Take a look at snapchat/tiktok if your audience is younger. If older, stick to FB/Google – be mindful though that since app inventory is best at selling other apps, they will be prioritized over ecommerce and other things.
