Banned accounts

For context, I'm neither pro israel nor pro palastinian, but I criticized a lot of channels spreading misinformation and I debate online with both Israeli and palastinians. I am Israeli. My accounts keep getting banned for spam, and I really think that it's either mass reports from pro palastinians (which has happened to my other account and hot me banned for 160 days I think).
Is it possible that Instagram is deliberately deleting accounts? I'm just asking bc I'm quite clearly Israeli and I support israel in many aspects. I tried to appeal and got permanently banned despite me looking into it and I haven't done anything that will ban me according to the spam guidelines. So, is it possible that I've been mass reported? Or is it possible that workers are taking a political stance and bantering Israeli creators? I've seen it happen before and just want to know if it's the people using it or devs or anything.
