    Hey,

I have no clue who is doing it nor why, but I’m seeing a lot (and when I say a lot, I mean it..) of automated generated URLs that point to our website, is there any way to fix this? Our SEO has always been whitehat and based on paid reviews in known blogs and other networks, however, this is just spam that goes against google TOS, I saw that we can manually report URLs manually but that would take way too much time, is there any alternative for us?

    Slow steady win the race

1 High-Quality link on the relevant website is better than millions of low-quality links.

I am not sure about the fix other than disavowing them… but honestly, I don’t think you need to worry much regarding the bad backlinks because Google has been saying that they are capable of accessing such links. So do your part and create a list of URL backlinks and disavow them. No bad actors can damage your page’s reputation.

Keep building quality backlinks. Keep buying reviews, so that you can rank above those not buying reviews. This is the most important thing. The official recommendation is to disavow bad links if your site is in risk of getting a manual action.

Expert SEOs recommend spending about 80% of your resources for marketing and just 20% on content production. This is because the signals and good links marketing creates are needed to rank well.

Had search engines been able to assess a decent ranking order without the marketing factor, the recommendation would be to focus primarily on creating good websites instead.

Spam links like this happen to everyone. Google are pretty good at working out which are genuine or not. For piece of mind, you can use the disavow tool, but I wouldn’t until you know for sure they are effecting your rankings.

Where are your backlinks coming from?

I have the same issue and now getting a ton of backlinks from coupon-related sites I’m in no case related to at all… :/

Just blocked RSS feed from the public to stop these bastards from scraping my content. Also completely blocked comments on the blog. Enough of this BS.

    Google ignores such links.
