You need to register first then create your store and submit a coupon code. You will get dofollow or nofollow link.

Usually coupon sites use referral or affiliated links but I am assuming in this instance you saw their links in a backlinks profile for your competitors.

So disregard the fact that it’s a coupon sites and think… If I wanted a link on a site how would I do it?

Contact them , send the relevant people LinkedIn messages , etc..
