The same way you would disavow 1. Using google search console, you can upload a csv file. Use ahrefs to get a list.
400 is a lot. Depending on your total RD it could do more harm than good to disavow. You may want to consider disavowing in stages.
Another thing to consider is, have they negatively impacted or is google ignoring them anyway.
Can’t know more unless you look into it deeper.
