Anyone else having issues with analytics?
I work for an agency and I haven't been able to get my boss onboard with a social media management tool yet, so I'm pulling all client social media analytics natively in platform.
Meta analytics has gotten increasingly more useless to the point I'm thinking I must be doing something wrong. I'm only able to pull reach if I download the .csv and all other data seems to be overly big picture (anything but views/video data seems nonexistant).
Also, LinkedIn does not pull analytics older than one year and we don't have records of prior data as they were not keeping historic data before I started working there.
Is it even possible to get quality analytics without a management tool anymore? For reference, I manage accounts for 6 clients across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
