Ad groups/sets within campaigns would be great as well as audience exclusions or audience splits if looking to test objectives.

* Reviewing conversion volume across multiple conversions, e.g. segmentation, primary actions vs secondary actions (Conv. vs All conv.) not nearly as good as Google, or even Facebook
* Reusing lead gen ads is a nightmare of a manual process
* Copying ads in general is a poor workflow
* Demographic breakdowns need more performance data columns
* No shared campaign budgets (I absolutely hate LinkedIn minimum campaign budgets, since I like to segment my campaigns thoroughly)
