Any Advice For V low Order Value Ecom (Google Ads)

Looking for advice on a new e-com project, they are a food based ecom product with an average order value of $10-15.
Search is performing relatively well at 4% conversion rate but this only good enough for a 2.4 ROAS as the item value is so low.
Shopping hasn’t performed well either,
Does anyone have any advice?

Can you upsell to increase total average order value? If you can’t improve search conversation rate, try increasing ROAS via total purchase amount by suggesting additional relevant items. Maybe a deal of sorts? Best of luck!

Why not do bundles offering discounts for more quantity? As well as charge shipping for 1 item, free shipping for the bundles (or over a certain threshold).
