With AI in marketing growing as rapidly as it is, and not just Chat GPT for captions and ideas but using video generation tools and AI avatars I believe we have lost the essence of marketing on Social Media. The ideation, strategy, creatives, all look alike and feels extremely "soulless", also some of the best work from our agency even in recent times has been done by real people using real equipment and not some video generation software.

We took this massive risk of not integrating AI in the earlier months when every agency was doing that and now that AI slop is on the rise and consumers hate it, we have 10x our results. I feel the use of AI for certain mundane tasks can be done to save time but it shouldn't compromise the quality of your final product as an agency, be it writing captions or churning creatives. Definitely use AI for inspiration or structuring your thoughts and strategy but real work and research should go behind the final
    product.

+1, have been seeing a lot of AI slop nowadays. It’s like all content is being churned out of the same machine

Fully agree, I think we’re going to regret the amount of AI everywhere, not to mention how much it’s poisoning the internet basically permanently

I fully support and agree with not integrated AI into any work flow. Anything I see AI immediately turns me off from supporting a business.

If you ever need a video editor or someone to make basic graphic design work who will never use AI let me know! I always want to work with others not using AI slop.

yeah right the tools should support the work, not become the work.
