Posted by on July 25, 2020 at 11:38 amSo i recently moved from usa to germany and i started a tiktok account here in germany and i make english content but the only people who likes, comments and follows me is german people i only like american videos i changed my timezone and language to usa but still its only german people and alot of them got really poor english but i wanna reach a larger audience what should i do?

All I can think of is using a VPN. I live in Germany too and it annoys me to no end that I get tons of German videos on my FYP.

How long have you been in Germany? I ask because I think this might rectify itself after a certain length of time – picking up you are not just on vacation

Just keep trucking. I’m American in Germany too and I’m the beginning it was all Germans but now about 30% of my followers are American. Try using US specific hashtags if that’s who you want to reach.

you should take your simcard out of your phone and use a vpn like protonvpn to get back to an american audience that is what I use and it works
