Ads stopped running, Google reps suck
I have a new client, we created a new Google Ads account for them, everything ran fine for 1 day and suddenly stopped – some of the keywords said “Account under review”.
It’s been 2 days, all of the keywords now just say “We cannot determine why…”.
I reached out to support and I’m assuming because of spend level/new account I got pushed off to overseas support who says “TrY AddInG moRe KeYWorDs and BroAd MaTCh”.
The thing is, I manage ~$2m/month in Google AdSpend, I know my way around and I know this is a half-ass lazy response from someone who knows nothing about PPC.
This is embarrassing that Google even has this level of support… especially when the client has given me a thumbs up to scale pretty high with the budget if we can prove it generates qualified leads.
Anyone ever had this issue and know of a solution?
