Account suspended because of circumventing systems

    Hi everyone,

I recently became a marketing specialist and the company I’m working for has been working with an agency to create Google ads. I was given access to their Google Ads account but found it empty and then realized that the agency has been using a different account, also tied to the website. Now the agency has received an account suspension owing to a violation of the circumventing system policy, probably because I logged into the first account and Google has flagged it as multiple accounts for one website. I don’t know what to do now. Should I let the agencies account be suspended and continue using the one I have access to? Is it even possible to keep the account that I have because of this or will this second account be at risk of suspension since it shouldn’t be possible to set up another account as per Google’s Ad policy:

[Can a suspended advertiser set up or use other accounts?](https://support.google.com/adspolicy/answer/2375414)

No. Accounts related to the suspended account (for example, accounts using the same email or payment method, or accounts linked to the same manager account) will be suspended. We take the safety of users very seriously, so advertiser actions that put our users, Google, or our partners at risk result in a ban from using Google Ads. In addition any new accounts that the advertiser tries to create will be suspended.

    Please help!

You can have multiple accounts for one website and not get suspended. Just logging into the ad account that you did won’t be rules just to suspend you. You should let the agency know and they should look into fixing it. There could be nothing wrong and error on Google’s part or maybe something did go wrong and they need to fix/change things.
