I don't have a SEO agency or business registered, but a company wants me to do their SEO, I told them okay and we agreed everything but we need formal agreement.. how do I make a deal without having business registered, is there somewhere online or something that would guarantee our agreement even tho I don't have business.

Tried searching on the forum but couldn't find proper answers, could you please help a brother out ?

Doesn’t seem like an SEO question at all but business one that is going to be related to your location.

In a lot of places you don’t need to register a sole proprietorship business if you operate under your legal name

    You don’t have any protection.

Insist on payment before you start.

They pay as long as they are happy. You work as long as they pay.

Even with a company, if someone does not pay, you walk away. You don’t throw good money after bad money.

It is based mainly on trust. Even between registered businesses.
Your case is between you as a person and the business.
Can draft an agreement so that both parties are clear of the expectation.

Welcome u/MichelAngeloBruno to the work/life balance of SEO

    >how do I make a deal without having business registered,

Via yourself as a self employed person

    # Incorporated differences USA vs ROTW

A few things. In the US an LLC provides limited liability but is not an employer corporation (i.e. you’re still self employed, you are not an employee entity unless and S or C-Corp)

In most other countries – esp the EU and ex-British colonies (South Africa, Ca, NZ, AU) and Ireland – a registered business <> limited liability

Usually you need a coproration to provide limited liability – so please consult an accountant, lawyer, qualified in your country

    # Business vs Self Employed

In MOST countries, you do not need to be a business to carry out work being self employed- its just going to take on extra tax work for you.

For example – in the EU that may mean extra VAT collecting & remittance
