GuestJuly 21, 2020 at 6:04 amThere’s a lot of things that I would do different, but it’s worth your client reviewing their statement of work. If they’ve agreed beforehand the work and the price of that work – it’s not too expensive.
I’ve worked for agencies that charge £2,000 for a site audit, and moved to another agency that charges £30,000. I can tell you that the process is almost identical and my expertise hasn’t grown 15x in the last year. So, how much something is worth is largely dependent on how much the client is willing to pay and how much the agency can charge.
People that are commentating on how the company “probably outsources x, y or z” aren’t worth listening to. The fact of the matter is none of us know what their process is for certain. We can speculate, but speculation here is as good as nothing.
I would say that the client should get a statement of work and costs. It sounds like he’s paying for something that’s not listed here.

GuestJuly 21, 2020 at 7:03 amSemrush and Ubersuggest are not entirely correct.
For checking exact search volume data, I’d rely on Google Keyword Planner (need to have an active ads account), and Google Search Console.
Semrush and Ubersuggest are good for finding new keywords, generating LSI keyword ideas, and for researching your competitors (semrush).
As for writing content, we generally write between 10k-25k words a month for each client. However, our clients are SaaS companies that want/can rank on 200+ keywords.
So 2 posts in 3 months is insanely little.
Any good SEO expert/agency would always aim for publishing as much high-quality content as possible on your website, as fast as possible.
Why?
Because it can take months for content to rank.
Overall, I’d say you can get a lot more value for the money you are paying, from other agencies.

GuestJuly 21, 2020 at 10:10 am( My comment would be very uncomfortable ) You Have to Do Strong SEO Audit For Their Business. And Make a list Like : ( I know if you check all this out. All Things are bad will come out.)
Not enough Content
Not Quality Back-link (List)
Not Maintain Keyword Density
Unsatisfactory Site Speed
Site redirects to a preferred version
Robots.txt
Sitemap
Fav-icon
Amp
CTA Above Fold For Main Pages
Not Mobile Friendly
Doesn’t have About Page & Contact Page
TOS & Privacy Policy Page
HTML Sitemap in Footer
Missing Social Media Bar And Many Other SEO Audit Facts.
You Can List All of these and make a strong report and ask your Client why they wasting their money For doing stupid things. If They Hire Only 2 person ( Professional Content writer, and a SEO Expert ) then all Ranking Problem will be solved. Thanks…
