0 to 140 leads overnight… but the owner wants Skynet to qualify & book them – NEED HELP

Posted by Dangerous_Date4212 on January 29, 2026 at 12:05 pm

Just started ads for a new client in a crazy high demand niche and we got him 100+ enquiries a day from Meta alone lol.

Obviously fire problem to have, but the guy is drowning and has zero process.

Talked to him yesterday and he straight up said “I’m not hiring people, I want full AI.”

He wants AI to literally call every single lead from Meta, qualify them, and book the good ones.

Marketing is my thing, I know nothing about CRM/AI voice stuff.

Where do I actually get this done right now without screwing around? This is our high ticket client and I don't want to lose him

100+ leads a day with no system is amazing. Sent you a message, there’s a way to make this work without drowning.

Best of luck to him on that approach.

People don’t want AI calling them. They want a person calling them if they opted to be called. AI can frustrate potential customers so does he want to risk that? Maybe he thinks he has so many leads so who cares?

Sometimes you have to let a client do something you know isn’t right though if they are really insistent about it. But this is his thing to figure out and set up, not yours. Because if you try to setup this for him you will be on the hook for how it performs. So I would tell him that this isn’t anywhere in your realm of services.

This is a business issue, not a PPC issue. The PPC issue is – do you need me to slow the flow of leads until you get this sorted?

Nah, they need help, not you. You got hired to drive leads, you did it.

They don’t know how to handle them, that’s their issue.

And also I don’t think they’re ever going to convert those leads effectively with that approach they’re thinking of, and will likely blame you for not driving quality leads, so ditch that client when you have the chance
