0 optimization events since last significant edit – Stuck
Posted by on May 6, 2021 at 3:10 pmI am running a shopify store and Facebook campaigns for that store for a year now. Yesterday something happened that is driving me crazy. All new campaigns for some reason are stuck at 0 optimization events in learning phase **even though the campaign is getting purchases!**

I tried duplicating the campaign, double checked the events, iOs 14 requirements, everything is fine on my side. Did anyone experience something similar?

I’m screwed with the same issue too. They want 50 conversions in a 7 days to optimise, and I never get that many (higher cost items).
I tried to optimise add to carts, and I got out of the learning phase quickly for that, but it didn’t equal more sales, just more add to carts.
Why people are constantly adding stuff to cart without purchasing is beyond me.

Same issue here selling 1600-6000$ products and its super hard to get 50 conversions so we tried to do ATC as the optimization event and have been stuck at 0 for 2 days even tho we have goten 40+ ATCs and 2 sales super strange.

Same problem since 2 days, it occured with an existing campaign that had several ad sets and was far proceeded in the learning phase and it still exists with a copy of that one. I tested a traffic / click campaign and the learning phase gets counts. The click campaign only has one ad set and one ad

Same issue here, purchase but showing 0 optimization events.
FB business concierge is mostly useless… was given so much wrong info about ad sets that aren’t even active and generic copy and pasted advice that was irrelevant
Second person suggested it may be a bug and have sent to their team to look at…and said they will get back to me in 24-48 hours.
Also hope it doesn’t affect the learning phase and optimization

I’m having the exact same experience. FB is being completely useless at the moment. Since you guys are seeing the same glitch, I’ll have to assume this is a widespread glitch that they’ll eventually fix. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
