    Cross-post it to your personal Facebook/linkedIn pages (if relevant), make sure to use your YouTube account to like, comment and generally engage with other people who have similar interests or similar niche as you, and make sure your YouTube channel is completely set up and optimised (make sure all videos have clear header, have a profile photo etc…). These things take time – out of interest, what niche is your YouTube channel? General lifestyle or a specific business?
