    I’m kind of an anime influencer and several times have been on the receiving end of flame wars from terrible online bandwagons of fans. I’ve even received death threats because of not following some communities’ preferred norms.

    What’s hilarious is that all of these people would be super kind and friendly if they met me at an anime convention and would chat with me about the newest shows and probably make a purchase.
