It might sound a little obvious, but what I would recommend is to create your own website trying to target the search phrase ‘ freelance SEO specialist’. I did the same here in the Netherlands with my website heyrene.nl where I rank number two or three. It gives me a decent amount of new leads. Sometimes I have too many applications so if you want, I can send you some occasionally.
