    I went through this with a med spa client and the biggest shift was treating every click like a lead, not a sale. I tightened keywords to treatment + city + “near me”, killed broad match, and sent traffic to one service per page with clear “call / WhatsApp / book now” buttons. We switched to manual CPC and tracked calls and forms as conversions in GA4. I tried Meta, Google Ads, and Pulse for Reddit together; Pulse for Reddit helped me spot exact phrases locals used so ad copy felt less generic and pulled better.
