    It’s actually nice to get an “outsiders” perspective on this. I’ve been doing performance marketing for like 17 years, and it’s stressful. I’ve learned to just draw boundaries as much as possible around evenings and weekends, and accept that things are going to be nonstop crazy for 40-50 hours a week otherwise.
