A lot of small business owners are not necessarily looking for an agency right this second, but they are constantly asking marketing questions in places like Reddit, Facebook groups, and local business communities. If you give genuinely useful answers without sounding salesy, some of them eventually reach out.
Cold calling can still work too, but usually better when it is very targeted and you are speaking to a clear problem you noticed, not just pitching random services. That tends to make the conversation feel more relevant and less like a generic sales call.
You already have the hardest part handled, which is getting results. At that point it becomes more about consistently putting yourself in places where business owners can see your knowledge.
