    I’ve tested Hootsuite, Buffer, and Later over the years. They’re solid, but I agree they feel more agency-focused and get expensive fast.

    For small teams, I think the sweet spot is something lightweight. You don’t really need deep analytics or team approval workflows in the beginning.

    Lately, I’ve been using a simpler scheduler called Indzu Social. It’s more focused on core things like planning captions, storing creatives, and posting across platforms without all the extra layers. Pricing is more reasonable compared to the bigger tools.

    Honestly, for a small business, the best tool is the one that:
    • Keeps you consistent
    • Doesn’t overwhelm you
    • Doesn’t eat your margin

    If you’re solo or a small team, I’d lean toward lightweight tools over enterprise platforms.
