One thing I don’t see said enough is you get what you put in. In addition to posting consistently, you also have to engage with others and that means more than just replying to the people who comment on your stuff. You should engage with other people’s content in your same or similar niche. Social media truly is about community; I think some people forget that. I’ve been getting a lot more engagement on Instagram lately because i make an effort to comment, like and repost people’s stuff. I try to leave genuine comments, not just stuff like “cool.” I haven’t really been religiously doing that on TikTok and I think it shows.
