Depends on your goals. I wouldn’t blog just to get traffic. I would do it to prove something to my audience. I would do it to prove that I know my stuff. The other nice thing about having a good flow of blogs is that it makes it easier to enrol people on a newsletter and understand what they’re interested in.
For example.
You write a piece about, “Is blogging dead in 2026?” and send that out to your list. If you get 20% of people clicking from the newsletter, then you know that they’re interested in getting some kind of advantage with a blog. If some of them actually read your piece, that’s an even better intent signal. Add a CTA and now you have a nice repeatable marketing flow with an audience who’s problem you’re somewhat sure about.
