    This could be many things.

    1. Automatically generated creatives turned on
    2. AI Max or DSA (which both turn on above)
    3. Regular or dynamic assets such as sitelinks appearing as headlines
    4. P-Max, it sounds like you’re probably not running P-Max though
    5. Auto-apply recommendations on, activating some of above items
