    Assuming that’s true, how would explain that plenty of companies have seen revenue from organic decline rapidly? I know quite a few B2B SaaS companies that have been crushing it with SEO for years and had top teams.

    Revenue from AI hasn’t nearly made up for it yet. And there are some companies that are just gobbling it up via AI (mostly juggernauts).
