How about an image without any sound as a hook? It’s a great to hear your story man. “Wait until you see” became a cheap cliche, especially if you’re coupling it with AI-generated voice.
Myself I use a mysterious graphic/scene with audio play as a hook and let the audience have million guesses a second themselves, that will keep them in the circus🎪. From my experience in Digital marketing I understand that this generation, virtually speaking, likes to feel smart so they’re always seeking the plot twist, if you give a signal of a plot twist I think you’d be increase your watch time significantly👌
