They definitely can be successful if you put the work into customize your canned responses to make them on-brand, engaging, and revenue-driving. I haven’t used them but check out Vista Social for this. You should upcharge clients for something like this btw.
One other thing I’ll add is that you could get a virtual assistant to help you with this.
