I would recommend using Asana or some sort of task manager to stay organized. If you use Canva for the content it might be worth it to use canvas social media scheduler tool for each client. That way, your content for each individual client can be organized in a workspace that includes the brands fonts, colors, graphics etc. It might be easier to stay consistent across many clients with different websites
