Where the hell did you hear that stat from?
What I know is a good ratio is 1%-3% of your likes.

I have 34k total likes across my account (I started making videos 6 weeks ago) and I have 410 followers, and most of the people who know this stuff well say that’s a pretty good ratio for a new account.

I don’t know a single creator that has a 10% like to follower conversation rate. And if they do, it probably doesn’t stay that way if they create consistently
